Randal Kay Originals

Trish Coombs is now apprenticing under Randal Kay! 


Apprenticed in the jewelry trade beginning 1968, Randal has over the years developed bench technique and design concepts using a mix of lost wax casting and hand forging.  Though he has spent the majority of his life in the Edmonton area, he has pieces of his art in Japan, Russia, the Ukraine, England, Israel, The United States and all across Canada.  In 1978 Randal was commissioned by the City of Edmonton to make a presentation for Queen Elizabeth, currently on display in Buckingham Place, London, England.

He now resides in Pigeon Lake, where he continues to practice the art of lost wax design and casting. Sharing the years of accumulated knowledge with classes of jewelry practitioners.
